All content on this platform — including video courses, audio files, e-books, PDFs, written materials, course structures, and methodologies — is the exclusive intellectual property of Parentica, protected under international copyright law including the Berne Convention, WIPO Copyright Treaty, EU Copyright Directive (2019/790), the US DMCA, and all applicable national laws worldwide. All rights are reserved.

2. Your Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to access and view content solely for your own private parenting education within the Parentica platform. This licence does not include any right to copy, download, reproduce, distribute, or share any content.

3. Strictly Prohibited — Zero Tolerance

You are strictly prohibited from:

• ✕Copying, downloading, screenshotting, recording, or duplicating any content in any format
• ✕Sharing, distributing, or transmitting content to any third party for any purpose
• ✕Publishing content on social media, websites, messaging platforms, or any other medium
• ✕Using content for training AI models, datasets, or any automated system
• ✕Modifying, translating, or creating derivative works from any content
• ✕Sharing your login credentials or account access with any other person
• ✕Using content for commercial, institutional, educational, or public purposes
• ✕Removing or altering any copyright notices, watermarks, or proprietary markings

4. Enforcement & Consequences

Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund, civil damages claims, and/or criminal prosecution under applicable copyright and computer misuse laws. Parentica actively monitors platform usage and reserves the right to report infringements to relevant authorities, employers, and platforms.

5. Data & Privacy

Your data is processed in accordance with GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), and equivalent global data protection laws. Aggregate anonymised usage data may be shared with your employer for ROI reporting. Your personally identifiable data is never sold. Contact privacy@parentica.app for data requests.

7. Governing Law
