All content made available through the Parentica platform — including but not limited to video courses, audio files, e-books, PDF worksheets, written guides, illustrations, graphics, software, user interface designs, data compilations, specialist profiles, course structures, methodologies, brand elements, and any derivative works — is the exclusive intellectual property of Parentica and/or its licensed content creators and specialists (collectively, "Parentica Content").
Parentica Content is protected under applicable international copyright law, including but not limited to the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works, the WIPO Copyright Treaty, the EU Copyright Directive (2019/790), the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), and equivalent national legislation worldwide. All rights are reserved.
No license, right, title, or interest in any Parentica Content is transferred to users by virtue of access to the platform, except the limited personal-use license described in Section 3 below.

Any violation of these prohibitions constitutes copyright infringement and/or breach of contract and may result in immediate account termination, civil liability, and criminal prosecution under applicable law.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Parentica grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and view Parentica Content solely for your own personal, non-commercial parenting education purposes within the Parentica platform.
This license does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, or create derivative works from any Parentica Content. The license terminates automatically upon any breach of these Terms.
Parentica Content is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the platform constitutes medical advice, psychological diagnosis, therapeutic services, or professional consultation. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional, psychologist, or specialist for medical or clinical concerns.
Parentica processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other applicable data protection laws. Platform access and usage are monitored for security and compliance purposes. Usage data may be collected to personalise your experience and to generate anonymised analytics for employer reporting.
Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. You retain the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting privacy@parentica.app.
Where Parentica is provided as an employee benefit, aggregate and anonymised engagement data may be shared with the employing company ("Employer") for ROI reporting and programme evaluation purposes. Employers do not receive individually identifiable personal data without explicit consent, except where required by law.
Each subscription is issued to a named individual and is strictly non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. You must notify Parentica immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Parentica reserves the right to monitor platform usage and enforce these Terms. Violations may result in: immediate suspension or permanent termination of access without refund; pursuit of civil damages including statutory and actual damages, lost profits, and injunctive relief; referral for criminal prosecution where applicable under national law.
Parentica reserves the right to report copyright infringement to platforms, internet service providers, employers, and law enforcement authorities as permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Stockholm, Sweden, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise. For users in the European Union, EU consumer law rights are unaffected.
Parentica may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email. Continued use of the platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
